Physical Education: Free Full Workouts and Tracking at Marine Corps Fitness

A former marine created Marine Style Fitness, a site that offers workouts and training for physical education.  It's not created for children, and it has a few "premium" workouts on the site, but after registering (free) and looking through the site, I think it definitely has enough value to highlight the site here on Freely Educate.

Free United States Government Documents and Lessons

Ben's Guide to U.S. Government was created especially for kids.  Divided by age group, the site offers just about all the documents and information you would want for teaching United States history. 

Here is an example of what the site offers to 9-12th graders:

(There are also chalkboards for 3-5th grades and 6-8th grades)

Here is the description of the site from the creators:

Rice University's Department of Mathemetics offers some "fun mathematics lessons" for your students.  From counting to geometry to calculus, you can probably find a lesson for any student, K-12.

Free Genetics Curriculum from the University of Utah

The University of Utah offers a free Genetic Science Learning Center that is definitely worth a look!   On the student-friendly interactive site, your students can build a DNA molecule, work with test rats and more activities as they learn about heredity and genetics. 

This one is work a look for any science teacher or science-seeking homeschooler.  I think it would best fit middle school to high schoolers, but check the site out even if you have elementary students. 

Oh, and here is a teachers' page with lesson plans and resources.
