Originally published in 1910, this book gives the most comprehensive explanation of Swedish Drill that we've found. Charlotte Mason used Swedish Drill exercises as part of her physical education program for her students.
We're happy to announce that The Swedish Drill Teacher is now available as a free e-book on our site. This 88-page how-to manual will walk you through the various positions and movements, with diagrams and photographs to help.
